Yes. MPS is a web-based software that requires the use of a laptop, desktop or tablet. You will also need a printer for our label printing service.

Yes absolutely, we are offering print on the A4 format paper using any ink or laser printer. The formats and printer types will be extended soon to cover the most common use cases.

Subscription & Pricing

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans. Exceptions may apply in our Bespoke contracts. 

There is no refund option unless special circumstances.

Notifications about the next payment or potential cancellation need to be sent 14, 12 and 10 days before paying for the yearly subscription and 14 days for the monthly subscription respectively.

  1. If Tenant have only one supplier/vendor then that supplier also have access blocked after subscription is cancelled. Generally supplier need to have at least one tenant active to have access to the vendor portal.

Cancellation policy:

Both monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled; a maximum of 7 days before the next payment.

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial. The trial starts on user signup and ends 14 days later. You will need to provide us with a credit card that will not be charged until the 15th day after the trial.

You will be given the option to remain with us and will have to confirm your desired payment plan.


Internet browser, mobile device with at least 1GB of RAM and internet connection with minimum bandwidth of 3Mb/s.

Yes, the application supports both export and import to excel format, however, the number of export/import operations is limited and varies for the different versions. Please see our subscription plans for more details.

Our system supports SMS message and Time based One Time Password (OTP), the second method is working with most of the authenticators like Google Authenticator etc.

Yes, this is enforced on the first logon, however, this option can be disabled later by the administrator.

Yes, MPS does integrate with other systems. We use an open API, meaning that it allows different software programs to interact with MPS without communication problems. We also offer integration with major platforms to enable seamless data integration with external systems, both options are available only in the enterprise model.
